JAPAN....KAKI OUT OF THE WINDOW....WINTER IS COMING.....

In JAPAN peoples use to put hanging KAKI out of the windows....they make them dry for long time...three for month....til spring is coming more or less...and after that they will eat very sweets kaki ...I tasted one of this few month ago from a friend....really amazing

In Giappone le persone verso la fine dell'autunno mettono fuori sul balcone o in terrazza,appesi con dello spago i cachi comprati o prodotti da loro stessi...i cachi verranno poi lasciati seccare per vari mesi ,fino alla primavera...3-4 mesi ,per ottenere così un caco molto asciutto e dolce ....io ne ho assaggiato uno mesi fa a casa di un amico e devo dire che sn fantastici! La parte zuccherina che si a liberare un bocca è un altro mondo!
